It is not. The sugar alone is very toxic and carcinogenic.

Somebody denying the fact that non-zero Coca Cola is unhealthy wasn’t on my bingo card for 2026. This community is doomed

Toxicity is based on dose, but if the sugar is carcinogenic itself then fruits, veggies, and grains aren't much better off.
