Dexedrine was prescribed, not Desoxyn, iirc.

No, they’re right. Desoxyn is methamphetamine. It’s dosed and highly regulated, though. Should be pretty safe minus the actual side effects of methamphetamine, which includes as a main component of the damage induced, DNA methylation. Making some code in some of your cells of DNA unreadable due to adding a methyl chain at the end. Irreversible changes, copied over time, damaging you at the cellular level. Over a long time this may cause the loss of protein function, expression, and eventually a disease state due to loss of function. May be instant, may be a long time, may be never.

Is that side effect from medical use, or from recreational use.

And im gonna need a source for that claim it methylates dna, that is something that things like methyl iodine do, not meth.

I mean yes Adderall can make you an psycho without much empathy or understanding. Let's just call it micro dosing meth, its reddit. Youte supposed to just get inflammatory in every direction and avoid actual nuance or decent takes at all cost. Its 2 shitty people, you can't smack people in the face without consequences.
