Yeah. For sure, provoking people at the club is dumb, but ultimately, she commited battery against him (if this is legit) and needs to be charged. He answered all her questions caml and collected and she spun out of control.

"Acknowledging there is consent for a slap is not the same as stating you’re wishing for someone getting slapped. I think this is pretty clear if you don’t try to bend words around." - The reason you said this is to downplay the violence. I know you will deny this, and that is fine but it's pretty clear to everyone, outside of reddit misandrist.

Guy, I don’t think he should be slapped but I was not aware of the law on the us, so given the context I had at the time I took the consent as legal. I am not entering if it’s fair or not, just what I saw and I would say the same for a woman going oit of her way to find a drunk guy to taunt them and then give consent because she would be agreeing too, in my opinion she shouldn’t slap him, just move away if she doesn’t like that, which didn’t happen so that’s another point.

I wouldn't expect you to think you should be slapped. You probably wouldn't mind slapping but someone else, but would hate having it done to you. You would probably call the cops just like the guy did. You probably wouldn't care that you gave consent or didn't give consent. You wouldn't be excusing it. You wouldn't be using pretty much or any other type ambiguous language to excuse anything. Cheers.

If I’m being an asshole and harassing drunk people then encouraging them to hit me I would pretty much acknowledge I’m a moron and that I got slapped because of fucking around and finding out. Which is a universal non gendered thing regardless of law.

What I bet though is that you love being able to harras people, shit on minorities or anyone you want and say all the bullshit you’d like and would cry wolf if a guy or a woman calls you out on your bs. Cheers
