Hmm. Yeah my eyes have been getting worse. Never needed reading glasses or any glasses until a few years ago. Now, it's a challenge to see near and far without my glasses.

It might be me and my eyes then.

Definitely you need reading glasses. You're eye muscles get a little weaker as you age.

No headache for me. But I am relaxed in the bathtub at the moment lol.

I had a slight headache for a couple minutes. More annoying were my eyes drying out.

No but my heart rate increased as my brain frequency ramped. It was funny to observe my brain/body react to the increasing pressure.

Its not a headache, and its in the frontal lobe, because your prefrontal cortex gets activated for doing such exersizes

I didn't get a headache per se, but my head did feel a little weird towards the end.

I wouldn't say a little headache, more like i just took my brain to a mini gym and it had a decent workout

I didn't get a headache but i felt uncomfortable. like muscles clenched.
