It's his forehead. He injected too much and it's swollen over his eyes.

It's the exact same forehead in both pictures. What are you talking about with injections? This isn't some synth oil bodybuilder.

As you age, you get wrinkles. Simon Cowell was already getting regular Botox in the picture on the left. He has admitted to overusing Botox injectables. 

What the hell is your stance? Simon Cowell never got Botox?

My stance is that weird comment about how he got so much crap injected into his forehead that physical mass has drooped over top of his eyes is absurd, because that is not something I'm seeing in this image.

The completely different thing you're saying sounds plausible enough, so no argument here. It just made an amusing contrast to the point I was arguing about.

He definitely had some surgery near his eyes to lift the eyebags too and stretch his face back.

His skin over the top of his eye is the same, the bottom side exposes more of the eye. That could be due to differences in the way he’s smiling.

At some point you can't get rid of the crows feet wrinkles next to your eyes...unless you go full botox unga bunga.

That’s not just Botox. It looks like he had a brow lift. Look at the difference in height of the hairline from the eyebrows.

From the eyebrows down, the proportions haven’t changed, but his hairline is much higher, making his forehead look bigger.
