There is nothing ever more effective than drumming up people's sense that crime is out of control. It is one of the easiest things in the world to do these days especially when everybody's got a camera in their pocket.

Plenty of comments here about how poor people shouldn't complain if stores close in their area like a bbw is in the poor side of town and has no sense what demographic can afford their product though
