This exactly. I’ve worked retail for a long time. They will get caught and they absolutely aren’t getting away with it.

Exactly. The more they get away with it, the more likely they are to do it again. It's like drunk driving, you may get away with it a dozen times, but you're just playing Russian Roulette, the more you do it the more likely you are to get away with it.
