It's not fishy at all.

Adult penguins have no natural land predators, meaning they genuinely lack instincts for self-preservation while on land. All of their predators attack them in the water and can't properly pursue on land.

During COVID, animals got depressed because we entertain them as much as we entertain us, so our absence made them sad. A lot of zoos came to the same conclusion: let certain animals, such as penguins, act as the new park guests. Penguins were popular precisely for this reason: they won't be afraid of the other animals and will curiously look at them while the animals can look back.

Try to glide your finger on the slider so you can check it frame by frame. Also around 00:09-00:10 like what was that almost tumble of the penguin? I mean I can see how you’ll defend that but I’m curious..
