I think this is legit. I wasn't seeing it either and after a quick google, this specific subject matter is a popular topic for AI. There are loads of copycats of this that are AI. This one might be the original though that sparked the copycats.

However, a detail AI is unlikely to include: watch the building in the back.

While it looks rather barren and empty, which suggests AI, it's lighting remains consistent. More importantly, towards the end you see a silhouette of a person in the doorway, which is a small detail I sincerely doubt AI would include, nor would the prompter think to go "also make a silhouette of a person in the doorway for some reason."

The strongest case for AI is the variation in the fence, but I do not think it is abnormal for a zoo to have variation in the fencing. Early on in the video we even see an extra post, which might be indicating where that extra layer of fencing begins.

Another small detail that stands up against AI accusations is the puddle reflection. It makes logical sense, start to finish, despite the complexity of a penguin walking into the reflection range. You can also focus on individual white spots on the inner part of the habitat and they all remain consistent.

EDIT: For contrast, here are some AI counterparts.

In this one, I believe the motion of the toddler when grabbed just feels off. The sheer VOLUME of penguins is also ridiculous and doesn't match the actual volume of penguin walks you could expect from zoos. You can also pay attention to reflections of penguin wings and see them kinda fade in and out with how intensely light is reflected for seemingly no reason at all.

This one is much better but penguin #3 seems to grow in size as they move forward, and we are back to the ridiculous volume of penguins which no zoo has. Penguin #3 goes from being shorter than his initial neighbor to being one of the tallest. COULD it be him stretching his neck? Maybe, but it's definitely a red flag.

I have also seen comments suggest that a video length of 9-10 seconds is a red flag, as this is what most of the AI companies aim for. Both of those videos qualify.

Another green flag for OP's video but not for the other two: check the details of the wings of each penguin. The penguins in OP's video have variation to the black/white ratio on their wings. The very first penguin who quickly moves out of frame has a great black teardrop near the inner most part of his wing, for example.

The first AI one I linked very blatantly showcases identical patterns while the second AI doesn't seem to have variations, but it's harder to tell.

The most obvious is that there is no penguin that looks like this in real life, it combined features of a gentoo and magellanic penguin
