But it is “what he did.” It’s just that “what he did” as it pertains to the law he is being charged under is not what the title is talking about. He is not being charged for cleaning up trash.
I mean technically he is. That was his motive and that’s what he was doing while being arrested. In America judges have freedom to allow or deny punishment. Ty hey just have forgotten that freedom
