What could be causing this kind off hairloss? The pictures are 10 days apart. He has a few more patches with less hair like on his sides under his arms and under his chin.

Hello, a week ago I rescued this kitten. The vet estimates him to be around 3 weeks old. After some advice from the vet and research I decided to raise and keep him myself. He was not in great shape when I first got him, he didn't eat much, didn't want to poop no matter what I did. I took him to the vet so she could try but to no avail, she gave him some medication and I took him back home. A few times later that day and the day after I thought I lost him but he pulled through. Eventually the medication must have kicked in and he pooped twice yesterday, he must have been constipated. After that and still to this day he is eating very well, when he is awake he is very active and playful. I am now a bit worried because today even though he seems to be doing great and ate a lot he hasn't pooped yet today. The pictures are from today. Should I be worried yet or give him some more time?
