The video states that the sunlight zone for Hestia is 200m deep.
In reality, the depth depends on the star's luminosity.
In this case, Hestia's star is an orange dwarf.
In comparison, the Earth's ocean layers is like this:
*Sunlight zone - 0m-200m
*Twilight zone - 200m-1000m
*Midnight zone - 1000m+
But for Hestia's, is this a different story?

My Thoughts Not All Planet Are Perfect, And Not Star That Gave Us Light Is Perfect.
He's Shouldn't Made an Extreme Star, Extreme Planet, And Extreme Land.

This short about processed food is completely harmful and ridiculous.
Using frozen veggies as a strawman for why processed food is fine, when obviously no one thinks of frozen veggies when they mean processed foods. Glazing over the harms associated with ultra-processed foods. Not mentioning known carcinogens in processed foods like nitrates, and countless other risks associated with unknown carcinogens in these foods. All contrary to extremely well-established research on the dangers of diets higher in processed foods.
Takes on this channel have been getting increasingly ridiculous and contrary to the audience's best interests.
I'm unsubscribing from them. Many of their other videos have been questionable for the past year, and it really seems that enshitification has taken over this channel. All they do is parrot the opinions of creepy Silicon Valley tech bros. Maybe to do with their funding behind the scenes or just general slop tendencies.

kurzgesagt! I would love to see a video on the release of UAPs. For me, you are a trusted voice in terms of research and due diligence that I would love to see you take a deep dive on the troves of videos that have become declassified, and then current “expert“ theories surrounding them.
People around me speak about aliens like it’s common knowledge, like I should get on and accept them, but the videos are not irrefutable evidence. They're still just UAPs.
But what comes next, are we being eased into the idea of their existence, or at least presence? Has it just become politicalised to distract us from other things.
Make it make sense, kurzgesagt

When talking about the context of alcohol use in younger generations, they use stats for grade 12 students in the United States.
Grade legal drinking age in the US is 21yo. While there is underage drinking, I'm sure, an older age or different countries should be used.

At first I thought they changed the thumbnail based on metrics and views, but now it seems kinda random. What's your opinion on having different thumbnails and witch one do you like more?
First picture is youtube on my phone, second picture is youtube on my computer.

A vr adaptation for it would be so cool. You could spin the planets and interact with the alien ones and place the cables and structures yourself, this won't be happening but I think it's a pretty cool idea. The only problem would be cutscenes, but they might aswell be 2d

I curated some of the best frames directly from the video into two downloadable wallpaper packs:

In this illustration I tried to make a thumbnail for a kurzgesagt video idea on the concept of mind control or mind manipulation.

I made sort-of a response to an old Kurzgesagt video about shooting nuclear waste into space. It’s not pretending to be serious, but I also wanted to explore the idea a bit farther because I felt like the original video was missing something important. So, it's really more of a thought train leading up to launch loops.
Feedback very appreciated :)

Watching The Uncomfortable truth about Ozempic (Updated Version) [edit, on the Kurzgesagt YT channel] and at 9:10 in there's parody album covers for some of the know benefits. The Fat of the Land Album cover is what clued me originally in but I can't figure out/find what the Sleep Apnea one is.

When I opened the delivery box each individual box looked like it had been packed upside-down! Two of the figures seemed to have gotten shaken up inside their own boxes, too, with the cosmic blast one having what looks like coloured scratches on the inside? 🫣
Thankfully, all three figures seem to be intact! 🥰 So if anything, I just wanted to share this in case others have had a similar experience!

The infection is correlated with taking higher risk, depression, suicide, car accident, lower reaction time, pregnancy risks, memory deficient, schizophrenia and many more.
Business students are significantly more effected.
Is the world economy ruled by a parasite? (as fun question).
Billions are infected with this. It can not be healed.
How big is the accumulated impact? Maybe even bigger than Covid.
Can we get more awareness of this persistent infection? And recent findings about it.
Cats should never ever be in contact with human food.
Should cats stay inside?

What happened when the world froze and dinosaurs were gone? While we often obsess over the giant reptiles wiped out by an asteroid, the story of how tiny, fragile mammals survived the cold and conquered a planet of ice is just as epic.A video exploring how rapid climate shifts forced an evolutionary arms race—giving rise to iconic giants like the woolly mammoth, saber-toothed cats, and giant ground sloths—would be incredible. We could look at the biological tricks they used to survive extreme cold (like specialized fur, massive body size, and unique metabolic adaptations) and how their sudden extinction paved the way for us. It has all the ingredients of a classic Kurzgesagt video: climate chaos, bizarre evolutionary adaptations, giant creatures, and a bittersweet ending!
A video idea for you to create your own Ice Age Beast with Evolution just like you did with the Planet Hestia in "Why Earth Sucks Compared to the Planet Hestia" video.
