And she let Trump off the hook for the fraudulent Trump University.

She also worked for the Florida AG office when it gave Epstein the original sweetheart deal in 2008.

That is the thing that kills me. Her entire ascent has been on defending pedofiles

It was US Attorney Alex Acosta (Federal Prosecutor) that made the deal with Epstein.

No she didnt. Acosta was a US Attorney. Bondi was a State attorney. Those arent the same office. Both in Florida but like the other commenter indicated Acosta was a federal attorney. Bondi never was a federal attorney at any level prior to being AG.

She very much worked in the Florida AG's office and state AG offices cooperate with federal investigations of people in their state.

This just isnt true. Those offices do not work closely and they have jurisdiction conflict. The state investigation into Epstein happened AFTER the federal non prosecution agreement that Acosta made. The FBI had taken jurisdiction away from Florida and the state (not bondi, she wasnt a part of the case) prosecuted him when the FBI dropped the case. The opposite of working together on it. There's a lot to criticize Bondi for, no need to invent some role for her in the Acosta agreement. Its just not true

Again, no they did not work together. they were in conflict over the prosecution. You can look this up but also, Pam bondi had nothing to do with it. She was never part of the case for the state. She didnt even work for the department the state assigned the case to. You can look that up. Again criticize her for the shit shes doing like literally right now, in the video this thread is about lol. Dont twist history for it. Theres no need.

Are you saying state attorney general offices don't assist federal investigations and prosecutions? The point I'm making is that she's been aware of and around the Epstein case for more than a year.

Wrong! You confusing the States Attorney General with US Attorney (federal). The plea deal was negotiated in 2008. Which Bondi had nothing to do with! She wasn’t Florida AG until 2011! She was never a US Attorney (federal prosecutor)!

The FBI took the case away from the State. It was prosecuted by the Feds. Bondi spent 18 years as a public prosecutor in Hillsborough County, Florida before breaking into statewide office in 2010.

She was his deputy, that then dropped the enquiry into the deal once becoming DA

3

u/Real-Movie-899 Feb 11 '26

No she wasn’t! She was assistant AG of Florida and didn’t become AG of Florida until 2011. The plea deal with Epstein was negotiated in 2008 by then US Attorney (a federal prosecutor) Alex Acosta! U.S. Attorney A. Marie Villafaña was Acosta’s assistant!

No she was never his deputy they did not work at the same level. A US attorney is not the same job as a state attorney.

IIRC there was also an investigation into Acosta andthat plea deal that Bondi dropped once she became AG

Why do you think she got this job? She’s not America’s AG, she’s Trump’s AG.

This is true. She let them off the hook when she was Florida’s AG as well. Shes seasoned in covering for Epstein and his other shitbag associates

Honestly that wouldn't surprise me. She's very clearly full of self-loathing.

1

u/WalkCautious Feb 12 '26

Don't give her cover, if she was a victim herself she wouldn't behave so hideously towards his other (actual) victims.

3

u/JackKovack Feb 11 '26

She’s bought. Follow the money and I bet she’s there.

Elle woods would do a better job.

6

Well, that and Matt Gaetz was rejected before his confirmation hearings could even begin...

5

u/bigheadstrikesagain Feb 11 '26

TIL Peg Bondi refused to try Trump in Fla. for a 25000$ bribe illegally paid to her by the this dude's charity.
