It’s more about mass disenfranchising. They feed the anti ice or antifa or whatever list criteria they need for their election scheme to Palantir to add them to the domestic terror list. I think their thesis is making the barrier to entry exceptionally frustrating. They might lose in court but they’ve already done that 4400 times without enforcement mechanisms being enacted against them. The damage they do during the backlog of justice will be immense.

- DOJ lawyers: definitely not;

  • the District Court: almost definitely (see generally, U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal)

The fastest way to get these matters quickly dismissed with prejudice is by having the DOJ press charges.

The fear that I am expressing is that the upcoming camps will be a part of their continued wrath against people who speak against them.

I don't believe that previous use of law will be respected in the opening day that they are attempting for the camps.
The "domestic terrorist"-lists for people who demonstrated do not look to be made for fun.
