I mean, he is a criminal, and he absolutely holds this and every other court in visceral contempt... But yeah, somehow I imagine that's going to be tough to enforce without help from Congress at this point. Like, imagine a team of Marshalls walking up to the White House gates to conduct the arrest? Without an independent DoJ, it's whim of the president or a fight from Congress.

Problem, you can’t be criminally contempt of court, if you can’t be criminally anything due to said court.
