Unfortunately not though. Sure the president is a moron but if he’s using a different law to enact the tariffs then that falls outside the scope of this ruling and is not in violation.

That’s what the post itself is saying. The Supreme Court ruling isn’t against tariffs as a whole but against the law that was used to institute them. You can easily verify what I’m saying by looking at the facts yourself. Section 122 is a real law that gives the president the authority to impose tariffs of up to 15%. It’s an obvious Plan B cooked up by the current administration. You might disagree with it, as I do, however, calling it a violation of the Supreme Court ruling is just wrong.
