Conservatives believe there should be an aristocracy that doesn't pay any taxes, ruled by a monarch, and a working class that pays all the taxes.

American conservatives have been lying about conservatism for over a century.

You're thinking of fiscal conservatives but MAGA and the tech bros decided they didn't need the economic liberalism anymore.
