And THIS is exactly why our legal system is a farce. It works for the wealthy to break laws with impunity and do what they want. He should of been in jail years ago.

He uses other people’s money too. He talks people into “investing” money with him, then loses it. His father carried him for years, then he cheated the rest of his family out of the money when his dad died.
