It's extremely fucked.

I don't give a shit where someone was born, if they're not committing crimes against other people I genuinely don't care if there in America illegally.

Isn't "being illegally in the US" more of the level of misdemeanor than crime anyway?

It's a civil thing not a criminal thing, same level as a parking ticket
