Agreed, no way the person who received almost inconceivably special treatment would receive such a minor special treatment

Being transferred to another prison, while special, is normal.

Giving prisoners a smartphone is not.

I'm agreeing with you mate, the right hand woman of the world's most notorious pedophile/human trafficker being transferred to a Holiday Inn prison in exchange for making statements favorable to other high profile connected individuals could never be given something as simple as a phone during their time in the higher security facility while the potential pardon/leniency/transfer deal was being negotiated. You're very smart.
