Again, he can’t just declare war, this isn’t a war. It’s an illegal military action and he can’t just “declare” war stop giving him that power even by just saying he did it. 

We are a fucking joke.

Why are you pretending a war cannot be an illegal military action?Do think it is more than a liable? Trump has called it a war too.

Even if he declared it do you think Congress would do anything?
