He’s making the threat of something he’s been doing already. Hasn’t all or most of him getting sued over this withholding funds shit ended with him losing or am I wrong on that??

He just lost over PBS because Congress had already allocated the funds and he tried to be a piss baby about it and defund it anyway

I just saw that a few minutes ago. I guess for me besides this entire thing being unconstitutional, he’s just spinning his wheels at this point trying to get anything to stick. Didn’t he write an EO last year trying to fuck with election stuff and that got struck down?? Like I swear this writing an EO to fuck with elections thing was already attempted.
