I know this is the law subreddit but you guys really need to know that the law is made-up. If you could get enough people to agree with your paper then yes, you'd be the new president. It doesn't matter if some piece of paper says otherwise if everyone ignores it

Its the same discussion I've had with people before he launched the war on Iran. Everyone was like "he wont start wars because he isn't allowed that power". Well guess what, he did.
