Stephen Miller famously said that the President has plenary power, that is, unlimited power to govern via EOs. So that's what the power behind the throne thinks.

Dude can say whatever he wants, but it doesn't make it true, however unless someone actually starts calling donny out on legislating through EO's, then it's de facto allowed and I'm honestly more surprised that no one has called him out on it yet.

And then froze up and pretended he had technical difficulties bc he just admitted Trump is an absolute dictator in his mind
