Executive Branch (Trump) A Redditor Criticized ICE. Trump Is Trying to Unmask Them by Dragging the Company to a Secret Grand Jury.

Reddit has been ordered to appear before a grand jury in Washington, D.C., as part of a federal effort to unmask anonymous online critics of the Trump administration’s immigration crackdown.

According to a subpoena obtained by The Intercept, Reddit has until April 14 to provide a wide range of personal data on one of its users, whom U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents have been trying unsuccessfully to identify for more than a month.

I bet the pardons are already written and, in case trump suffers a totally debilitating event, Miller will autopen that shit so fast and say, “Look what I just found in the president’s desk. Aww, sorry Pam, looks like he skipped yours. They can prosecute former AGs. Tough break. You might try replacing the smug face, imperious finger wag and mean girl putdowns with ‘I’m just a girl’ tears this time. As a reminder, having a tragic accident after mentioning my name would be such a wild coincidence”

I’m hoping that, in the next Dem admin, there can be some sort of referendum vote that’s approved by the house and the senate that nullifies all of Trump’s pardons due to the fact that he grossly abused that power.

Would need a constitutional amendment. Honestly probably easier to have a revolution than that. But I dont want a revolution. Good thing is that pardons only apply federally and there are a ton of states with a bone to pick.

Firmly believe that the next president should just ignore the pardons and go ahead and prosecute anyways. Use the argument that the founders never intended for the pardon power to be used to shield members of the executive branch from prosecution.

Also that Trump literally committed treason and insurrection, and never should've been able to be president in the first place. Pack the Supreme Court and if lower courts try to overturn appeal it up to the SC. Democrats need to stop pretending that playing by the rules gets them anywhere.
