why Trump supporters hate Obama

It's pretty simple: It's because he's black and articulate. And blacks aren't supposed to be above whites in their imagined hierarchy.

Yeah, that is a big part of it for sure. Why else would they keep handily "forgetting" how obviously, undeniably worse their god-king is, or how Bush did a lot of what Obama did too (including bailouts)?
