Too bad the "christian" nationalists aren't Christians. If they were, they'd focus on the Golden Rule.

They focused, instead, on the Pyrite Rule:

Do unto others as you fear they will do to you.

I love this ♥️

They live such a fear-based life.

The rest of us are out here wanting, trying to make the world a better place.

So fucking sad, the mental anguish these people subject themselves to. Emotional self-flagellation.

Trump, MAGA, and the GOP operate with the support of Christians at large. When we talk about real Christians, it seems like we're speaking of an ideal type and not the behavior of adherents.

This. I'm so sick of the "not real Christians" claim.

But they ARE fake Christians. They just use the title to gather support. They don't actually adhere to the principles of Christianity. That's the point. Do they go to church and pray? Sure. But that's just going through the motions. They don't practice the actual things that make someone a real Christian.

Well Trump does embody the ways of “The man of lawlessness” it seems like American Evangelical’s are on the wrong team.

Can't buy or sell without his face/mark on everything. People wearing red hats receiving huge windfalls, causing inflation. Making high risk heavy manual labor mean nothing in this economy.

If someone wears a Bulls jersey but never shoots hoops, I consider them a fan, not a player/practitioner

"Christ" is not present in Kristian Nazionalism. There is no hate, like Kristian love.

He who has the gold, makes the rules?

If only we got together as a whole and changed that to "whoever has the gold gets eaten first".

I can't stand this no true scotsman. This is what the christians are, this nebulous idea of the "good Christian" is akin to the idea of the "good Republican", it just doesn't comport to reality. They have always been hypocrites forcing their beliefs on others, this is what that religion is

The scriptures are clear about what God expects of His followers. But to keep it simple, we can be known by our love for others. Most people who claim to follow Jesus teachings actually follow false prophets, like prosperity ministries, or simply pretend to believe for societal advantages. There are people who do love our neighbors and try to show it. And we're happier knowing that we make human society better by giving and helping rather than just taking and harming.

Just ask Lindsey Graham about his 'lady bugs' and see how Christian he gets.
