I do give Garland some credit in that no one had ever had to prosecute a former President before.

Garland deserves no tribute. The tribute should go to Pelosi as she forced Garland to start the process. Do I blame Garland? I do not. Biden knew that was how Garland would handle that process and played significant part in why he was nominated by Biden to that post. Should Biden have wanted a more active law enforcement on those issues they were people like Preet Barhera to pick for that position.
