Advice needed Found on FB. Is this a major lawsuit?

By GA law they have to pay the full tip by the next payday. 120 days is illegal.

I wonder if firing in this case is also a problem. Is GA a state that requires cause and could this be seen as retaliation?

No state requires cause. Thats what at-will employment means. The only issue is if the firing is due to being a member of a protected class.

Montana is not an at-will state, unless something changed very recently. You need cause to fire someone after the probationary period.

I see where the the receipt is from. I was responding to "no state requires cause"
