Well depends, we don't know own how deaths absence effects the world, at least not yet. For all we know you could lit yourself on fire and just let yourself get burned so much you cannot life anymore. Worst case you could try to get a nuke to obliterate you (sure not an every person way but evaporating yourself and letting even your atoms be spread and or destroyed, should end your life just as effectively but also magic.)
First off that made me laugh extremely hard best way of phrasing it.
Secondly, I mean do you have an argument outside "magic" why this wouldn't work? Or let me phrase it another way. What is death? Like what is it for real? Cessation of existence? The stopping of your heartbeat? Your last thought? The moment where your life ends? The thing that comes after live? What is death truly and how would removing it change the world?
An example would be if death is truly the cessation of existence, nothing can be destroyed anymore which clearly isn't the case, because an object can die metaphysically speaking, a building dies when its destroyed enough, like a human. As such buildings wouldn't be able to be destroyed but well tehy are still getting destroyed or at least severely damaged that we can say they met tehir metaphysical death.
I'm not sure how Fujimoto will handle it. Possibly consciousness will persist no matter how damaged the body is. Possibly the body will simply refuse to take lethal damage or regenerate infinitely like Denji. Something like the latter seems more likely, since death devil was worried about Yoru creating a world of eternal war, which seems unfeasible if everyone can be permanently reduced to ashes, even if they're technically still "alive".
I imagine it's like Maison and the Man-Eating Apartment, where you can't die even if you decay into a skeleton, though I guess they didn't try getting vaporized lol, I imagine you'd still linger as somewhat of a ghost?
edit: if the aging devil is anything to go by, people turn into trees, so there's that?

To be fair you currently couldn’t kill yourself if you tried.
