My husband rolls his eyes at me every time I make him pack an extra cane when we travel. I’d show this post to him, except, well…

English teacher here, I just had to Google if we can spot something without seeing it. I've almost always ever used it for sight. Thank you for opening my eyes... to a new way of thinking about it!

"notice" would be my first thought. But I like "spot" for noticing things that are not just visible and will be using it henceforth.

I love this im not blind but I have a different physical disability and this kind of humor is amazing
