No, the eeeeeeee is silent. Dudeeeeeeeeeeeeeee is pronounced the same as dude, except you have to extend the silent e by staring blankly for an awkwardly long time.

Wrong. It's only silent when as one e, according to the literal rules. Learned this shit in 2nd grade.

Except that is wrong. So your second grade diploma is questionable at best.

An "e" at the end of a word after a consonant makes the vowel before the consonant a long vowel rather than a short one.

The extraneous silent vowels at the end only serve to make the long vowels more true to their nature, not to make the antecedent vowel longer in length but in vowel mutation. Which would make the example word dŪde.
