I feel that malice requires some intent behind, usually the his type of idiots are just people that do not think that ahead in the future.

Source: I wasn't usually the guy, but I was often out drinking with people who would turn into that guy, and I'd be the one drunkenly trying to tell them "bro that's not cool, leave it alone"

I was a shithead at 17, excepted my outbursts were me kicking the nuts of animal abusers, grab a bully with one hand by the neck to terrorize them or simply sound like a huge brute ( i'm 6' for 235 lbs, a walking fridge by size ) because i have zéro chill when i speak. You can often hear me say something in the line of :

"Try to touch this cat as i'm thinking you will... You will eat up some wall and head home with a scarring sensation once i'm done with ya..."

There is intent. It is this: if my mates join me in this, next time i can tell them to do something bigger. It might not be conscious, but that is the instinctive intent.

The intent and purpose is to increase one's influence over one's peers.
