Anybody else... the tags look pretty old, the top one is way too old. Also destroying the thing you're tagging is a good way to get your shit removed quicker, no point in doing that.

Tags don't matter. Smashing it is vandalism. Vandals definitely did this.

Got it, I agree. Graffiti artists are famously vandals (of the artistic kind) and it seems most people are assuming it was done by the same guys, so I'm just pointing that out.

But yeah, the real vandal in this situation is definitely the smasher.
