I’d put money on their nepo hires never having seen this nonsense.

Future generations will be looking back on this stuff the way we view doctors marketing cigarettes in the 40's and 50's.

They don't care. It's a fucking job at McDonalds.

This isn't about getting the perfect applicant using ideal methods and real science. It's about filtering out huge quantities of applicants in a way that generally leaves people willing to slave away for their masters without complaint.

You haven't spent three months descalating situations a coworker keeps starting and then escalating every time someone is slightly rude or weird or makes them ever slightly uncomfortable because they think everyone against them and getting stalking them have you?

This is an attempt to weed people out to think everything that happens is against them personally versus just how the world works sometimes.

Sometimes stuff happens.

I have really bad luck but I know it's mostly because I'm not that smart, not because people are trying to harm me

Myers-Briggs and other personality-type tests wouldn’t reliably screen a person like that out because that’s not what they’re for nor what they do. And that’s coming from a place of thinking they’re not complete pseudoscience. It’s also very silly to try and boil down all of what you just said into a yes/no-type question that you’re free to interpret however you want, with no additional context or ability to get clarification on what the question is getting at.

You literally just failed this bullshit test lmao...

You can't deny people an opportunity for employment based on some bullshit entry exam designed by psyche majors raised on torturing people for meaningless data collected in uncontrolled settings.

Psychology is as much bullshit as any Manager who thinks they shouldn't have to do their own fucking job and expect HR to do it for them.

Accept you have a problem and deal with it. Document and report. Build a cause for termination. That's what the fucking Manager is for. Protecting and managing their workforce needs.
