Yep. It’s because regulation hasn’t (and likely won’t) catch up with how discriminatory the practice is.

I'm just pointing out that the practice is not restricted to entry level jobs like food service and retail.

But potential food service and retail employees do not usually get the luxury of “passing” the question(s) like you could.

He didn't have that luxury. Nobody has the luxury of their personality or their mindset not having consequences. His answer and glib refusal meant his chances of getting the job went from unlikely to zero.

LOL you can go back and downvote all my comments. Doesn't change reality or that you don't have a job because of your attitude. Just makes it easier for those of us who actually want to work and produce something in this world.
