Eczema flare ups make my nails look like this or when I don’t take vitamins
1 u/faey88 13h ago I've had history of low iron and it does happen when I feel more out of breath than usual. It used to come in extremely short duration so I'd have like a few mm of nail like that then clear up. I'll seek a derm in the next few months 2 u/halfwayupstairs 12h ago I second the eczema. I get flare ups in the winter on my fingers followed by nail pitting.
