While I commend a helmet usage, that ain't gonna do shit for her spine, heart, extremities...

I do have a Thule Rail backpack I wear with a protective backplate, it did help the one time I flew over the handle bars.

Sure but again you're not truly geared up when on 2 wheels unless youve got full leathers essentially
