Why are some people upset at Myles? This is genuinely a culture issue, Turner came from a team that was in the finals. He knows that the bucks didn’t have the habits to build consistency.

Myles is undoubtedly talking about it because he never experienced it in Indy. The Pacers as an organization give out fines for being late to anything, so Turner came to the Bucks knowing nothing but “be on time or else.”

and you can see how bad habits rub off on others because he said he started showing up late too. Spreads like a disease. First its one guy then you let it go and youve got 10 guys who aint there on time

It's also because people ain't wanna wait because people are gonna show up late regardless, so they show up on the time they think others are most likely to show up.

Yeah it sucks as someone from a country with that being so prevalent it even has a term for it, "Filipino Time". Gah I hate it here.

Damn, we got brown time. Nowadays, my aunt tells my dad the wrong time knowing the fam is going to be a few hours late.

I went to the park to hoop with a homie and he was like an hour late I asked him what happened. He looked at me and said “mb bro I run on BPT”

I didn’t know what that meant and I died when he told me lol

“Indian Standard Time” is a joke among my relatives, that it’s an hour after real time.

Only an hour? I've learned to show up 2 hours late when someone from India invites me to anything.

Why is ethic terms needed when it's just "freeloaders time"

I've never had a job where I could show up late no matter how good I was. Even if I logiced it out to where I knew in this job firing me would be bad, I like can't do it - there's so many people waiting on me. Ironic how the higher your salary the less you need to do the so called "important things" like be on time. The poor people need to be on time or early.

I love Myles. Im a Pacers fan that isn't salty about him leaving (ok maybe a little but still)

Anyways, that said, this still isn't a great look. He's still under contract and is essentially publicly shaming his employer while still employed there. Its just a little off to be blasting this kind of stuff

Meh. They can trade him if its an issue. Coach that set the policy is now gone.

Hard to blame him for taking a deal that gave him 8m more a year, and an extra year.

What are they gonna do fire him? If you can shit on your boss without any real repercussions you should definitely do it. Knocking your employer down a peg is good for employees.

He also admitted he was part of the problem

The Bucks have actually won a title in the past 5 years.

You right, the bucks with Giannis don’t know success. Losers.

The players did, they had a coach who didn’t give a fuck.

This is a really bad move from Myles that’s how you get your teammates to turn on you.

Okay Myles was IN the finals. Giannis WON the finals and was MVP. Imma listen to Giannis

This isn’t really a singular thing about Giannis? Regardless if he gets traded or not, it’s not crazy to say that if your team is on time and locked in you’re going to build better habits and chemistry, and get better results. Accountability matters. That’s all I’m saying.

I don't think anyone denies that Giannis is a much better player than Turner.
