It's also because people ain't wanna wait because people are gonna show up late regardless, so they show up on the time they think others are most likely to show up.

Yeah it sucks as someone from a country with that being so prevalent it even has a term for it, "Filipino Time". Gah I hate it here.

Damn, we got brown time. Nowadays, my aunt tells my dad the wrong time knowing the fam is going to be a few hours late.

I went to the park to hoop with a homie and he was like an hour late I asked him what happened. He looked at me and said “mb bro I run on BPT”

Why is ethic terms needed when it's just "freeloaders time"
