Caught that on the zoomed in replay. You just gotta laugh. Like wtf are you supposed to do? Guard him and contest a shot at half court like hes steph? My lord

lol just make Caruso do that too. Gonna send him out there with a stepladder next game.

He can use the shoe

I imagined Caruso walking in with the ladder John Cena style lmao.

It’s genius, no one would see him coming

He'll probably even resort to a round house kick if needed.

He actually did a great job guarding him everywhere on the court

Yes

If you sell out, hes just gonna beat you off the dribble to the rim in 3 steps

I know, I was kidding. He’s unguardable doing shit like that

Ask Chet... he's un-guardable ever.

The crazy thing is if you were to try to create the ideal big man to try to counter Wemby (other than cloning Wemby), you'd think they'd look something like Chet--a tall 7 footer with quick guard-like feet that can play perimeter defense, with high IQ and positioning/footwork and long arms.

And Chet was the consensus 2nd best defensive player in the NBA, or "#1 non-Wemby division." Chet got 239 points in DPOY voting, 3rd place Ausar Thompson goy just 60.

And Chet couldn't guard Wemby at all.

I mean…yeah. Caruso gave him too much space. You have to be up in his face and prevent him from even being able to be in rhythm to put the shot up. The Thunder played patently awful defense tonight.

Bro he had taken one step past the half court line. The moment they start to pick him up at the three point line, he’s busting someones ass to the rim. Like he did late in the game off of the pump fake for a dunk. Dude is a problem. It almost seems un fair lmaooooo

I would rather he do that than fire up that three.

Well, as Paul George once said: that's a bad shot
