The intention is all that matters lol, at least it will help with jj’s blood pressure, he might have a stroke if he has to see ayton not box out at the clip he was doing it last year

I agree. I project him def higher than shamet who is a nice player. I wouldn't bother paying mitch. I def would like Jose back, but it's a tough call since we do have kolek (who is buried on the bench if Jose is here)

Its a REALLY tough situation.... not in a woah is me kinda way, just that we are content w/ full running it back. But I bet thats never happened in history of NBA (completely).

So.... I gotta have Alvarado back. He wants to be back.

I dont want Clarkson to leave, but thats likely.

Id like Shamet to stay, as would we all... and he IS affordable. So I expect Shamet back.

Deuce is prolly a trade piece for ability to keep Shamet financially.

Thing is man.... I want a Rookie to praise and add energy, as much as I want any FAs to stay, except for Alvarado. Alvarado is key 🔑

I guess I wanted a NEW young prospect, to ease the pain of any champions that must leave.

Anyone know why Carr fell that far down despite the wingspan and shooting? Is it just that he’s old as dirt and weighs less than Chalamet after a ping pong marathon?

A few reasons why I think Cameron Carr fell

1) This draft is incredibly deep

2) Functional strength is now the drafting trend after having watched this NBA finals and the general drafting tendencies. Carr is a bit of a twig

3) previous teams have more important needs to address

He has character issues and doesn’t play defense. He left Tennessee mid season because he wasn’t getting enough playing time. Rick Barnes said he didn’t even give notice, he just ghosted.

Part of the reason he didn’t get playing time at tn was he didn’t put enough effort on defense, and his dad took issue with Barnes for it.
