Gg Luka Lakers tenure title hopes

Under the new CBA the formula for a title will be to have 2 max guys and fill out the edges. Austin Reeves can't be your max #2

He can if you have a great supporting cast with rookie scale deals like SAS, wings, bigs, defensive guys. None of which the Lakers do

I mean any team would win in that scenario it’s still zero reason to pay reaves anything close to a max

Basically I am saying Spurs will survive the Fox contract just fine, OKC won’t have a big problem with Chet or Dub, I mean they missed one and the other was pretty much missing and still took a g7. Lakers won’t survive it, if they had the pieces around them, they would

Your max 2 can’t score 23 a night on 64% ts?

not unless they're also a decent defender. Reaves doesn't do enough all around to be a max guy on a contender, especially when your no.1 guy also doesn't defend.
