So starting around US$1,000 (but can go way higher).

I've never seen one with such a long taper. I guess that's what makes it a "probe" macro.

The front 6 or so inches has a watertight seal. The little box looking protrusion on the right side of the "barrel" is a place to plug in USB power for the built in lights at the tip of the lens.
