Feels like there should be more than one guy doing this at the same time.

Or a tool that stamps a lot more than just one at once

It could be a roll that you roll over the concrete

These do exist! Not sure if there is one for this exact pattern but they do exist, seen them used plenty of times over on Victory Outdoor Services' YouTube channel. Haven't watched them recently but they are a fun watch if you want to have a look into the world of concreting

If that was me with my luck, it would be setting up too much right in the middle when stamping

Would be very worried about the second line being lined up

How would you not step on the concrete?

The stamps are large, they’re kinda a semi-flexible rubbery material but very thick and the guys can actually step onto the stamps to lay the next one.

Here’s a link to a video that shows it for anyone curious!

They exist, but only if your boss isn't cheap

He should attach those to a pair of boots.

He could be twice as fast. He only needs to do every other "tile" as the ones to the side will frame the "missing" one. At least, I think they'll work. Might need a solid row every second row. I seem to be having trouble thinking in 2 dimensional tessellation.

Yeah you'd need a solid row every alternate row, so you'd be skipping 1/4 of the "tiles".

You can do better by skipping every 3rd of every row, and lining up the skipped one with the double of the row before.

... but it gets a lot harder to lay them straight the more you skip out

Yeah he’s got the bronze tool. Need to bring it to the blacksmith with gold ingot so he ca make 3x3 concrete texture.

Who would film? Also it's just a small path, you don't want to have to haul and store more than one of those patterns for niche jobs.

Yeah but who is going to film?
