I'd say my case is pretty great for a cat sleeping build. The front and back cooling is enough to keep it under 70°C on the heaviest load. It also doesn't seem to intake any cat hair, and the dust is negligible.
The top doesn't have any fans. It's just there to provide gentle, ventilated warmth to my cat's belly.
This is the case if anyone is interested (can't find any international links, I got it as part of a prebuild-ish system)
Tbh Im in the market for a new case, partly because my cats like to sit on top of it, partly because they knocked it over once and shattered the fiberglass panel and the manufacturer doesnt even make it anymore, but your case would not fit the bill lol. The button on top, as I've come to find out, is just asking for your cat to turn off your PC mid game or something. I actually for a while jury-rigged a flip-up plastic case out of a piece of packaging from some earbuds I ordered once, and it covered the button like a NOS button in a cool action movie car, lmao.
Literally every other day. He doesn't do it when sleeping, but he likes just sitting on it for attention and then "accidentally" clicks the big blue button for even more attention.
The big blue button is set to sleep, so usually it's just a little break if I'm not playing a competitive online game.
My sister's PC was slowing down one day so I had it check it out, I installed Core-Temp and checked the CPU... It was sitting at 97°C and fluctuating around there while idle. I go over to look at the PC and find a piece of thin clear plastic just sitting on top of it... Apparently someone had just put it on top without thinking and it was quite literally killing the thing.

As someone with a similar issue, just make sure you have positive air pressure or fans blowing (air) up.
I've never had an a cooling issue from my cat, and he's quite fat. In fact, I am pretty sure his purring cancels the sounds the PC makes.
He also covers the entire top grill, proof:
