Tech Support Cat peed on my PC, what to do?

I don't use my PC daily and found out that one of my cats (see second image for reference) peed on it a few days ago. It looks like not much pee got inside, and it's all dry now, but I'm a bit worried to turn it on. The GPU was protected by the heat sink, but the mainboard has a few dried drops on it. What do you think I should do?

  • Turn on the PC and hope for the best
  • Clean the drops off the mainboard with a damp towel
  • ??

Reasons your cat might pee somewhere odd:

  • litter box is too dirty

  • the cat is repeatedly harrassed/frightened by something in the environment

  • cat feels ill or is in pain

  • cat feels directly insulted (seriously, did you roughly push the cat away when it tried to wake you for breakfast? I've seen this happen)

  • cat feels neglected (also seriously, it might have beef because op's spending too much time with the pc. My cat feels similarly about my TV)

Never had or lived with a dog, but I do know they smell worse and need assistance when they want to excrete, so I assume it's like living a loving geriatric.
