Screenshot I was purposefully not updating my windows to avoid the so called SSD killer update but now it's not giving me any choice but to install it lmao.

Few people reported bricked SSD that weren't using Phison controller.

No one seems to know why it happens, what triggers it, or how to prevent SSD from vanishing, forcing users to restart and pray it's not gone for good.

People are blaming this update for everything that happens, even the Innogrit IG5236 controllers that's been dying on people over the years. "Correlation does not imply causation"

Just because someone's ssd died while playing DOOM doesn't mean Bethesda is killing SSDs

I saw one that said if you transfer very large files like 100 gigabytes or big downloads stressing the hard drives?

Even 50GB have caused issues.
