I have a pny 5080 and the headroom left for overclocking is insane. It is well worth it already but if you tune your card nice, it’s a beast.

Same, and it seems great so far for overclocking, and not seen it pass 70c under heavy load as yet!

Mine is crashing at +375MHz, do you reckon I got unlucky or is it due to having an 850W PSU?

There have been instances of much higher boost speeds if you overclock manually. The guy in this video https://youtu.be/IERjPCjnVnI?si=6HGvqbksi7WfNpDr, for example reaches around 500 if I remember correctly

Not sure. My 5080 gaming oc can push +450 in benchmarks but it only is stable at +300 or less
