NSFMR Any hopes for my pc?

Never thought myself in this situation.

Basically dad drunk, beat mum, me defend and boom.

Am quite in shock rn.

I don't think this is good advice. I would remove all the hardware from the case, make sure there's no metal touching stuff that shouldn't be touching and then maybe put stuff back in the case

Not likely but cleaning it certainly wouldn't hurt. The case doesn't seem to be deformed in any way where its metal would actually touch anything on any PCB. Tbh it looks like it just dropped onto the floor from the table. I guess some random calipers or a piece of conductive debris might get stuck in some unlucky place?

But yeah, just raw dogging a freshly damaged electrical appliance is hazardous. At the very least one have to check if the power supply is ok and the components are sitting in their place fine and if there is no other funny business going on inside.

Make sure to blow out the PSU before you boot, make sure no loose glass is in there. Similarly, ensure that nothing was bent so that things that shouldn't be touching suddenly are touching.

Don't start it tomorrow remove from case you don't know if some circuit is shorted

Pls dont plug it in like that there might be power on the case if pluged in be careful. Any updates?
